I am writing this review with complete sincerity and appreciation for the incredible transformation taking place at this nursing home. Although my time here ended under difficult circumstances and I am deeply sorry for the anguish I caused, I want to be very clear about one thing — the new administration has taken meaningful, positive steps forward, and the difference is truly noticeable. The leadership team has brought renewed focus, structure, and compassion to both resident care and staff support. There is a stronger sense of accountability, teamwork, and dedication to excellence that I genuinely respect. The residents deserve stability, dignity, and high-quality care — and I fully endorse the direction this facility is moving in under the new administration. I am confident that with this leadership in place, the future here is bright. Wishing the entire team continued growth and success.

Regent Park Care Center and Carriage House are places where people truly care. The staff are kind, compassionate, and respectful, and they take the time to listen to residents and honor their wishes. Residents are treated as individuals, not just patients.

The first time I entered the nursing home all staff members were cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable. The home is kept exceptionally clean , no bad odors, maintained inside and outside. The nurses are kind with dad and others. Treat family like you are family. Other resident family members always seem happy and content with the home. The kitchen staff do a super job, meals are balanced and satisfying. Good job! We are very happy with the care and feeling like family. Rehab has done very well with dad, very knowledgable and caring in handling residents. The salon makes the residents feel special, dolled up, trimmed up. Its nice to come see dad without complaints from the visit.

Nurses staff, CNA's, custodial staff and Kitchen staff are friendly, clean and makes us feel completely comfortable leaving our loved one in their care. They have made Dad and all of us feel like family and we are are proud to tell people about the Regent Park for their loved ones.

I heard about the change in management recently so I decided to go tour the facility. I was so disappointed in the atmosphere at Regent Park and Carriage House. My grandparents were in this facility about 7 years ago. Julie Kotch and Joni Taylor and their team did an amazing job with my grandparents. It was home to them and felt like home to me. After they passed away I continued to visit other residents I became close to. I just loved coming into that place because it felt like family. When I walked in yesterday it was cold and not inviting. It felt like everyone was walking on eggshells. How sad that you take the heart and soul out of a building that two people dedicated their lives too. It’s definitely showing-Corporations will never understand small town values. Very sad to see it end up like this.
