Yesterday I was visiting and made a few observations. The people living there are happy. Andy (front Desk) was welcoming. The lady showing apartments (marketer maybe) was very knowledgeable and kind. The Director Casi is very nice.The Activity Aid was smiling and laughing with the peoole living there. Heather, the Activity Director, had a with everyone and asked for input for their activities. The staff at Carriage Crossing genuinely values and cares about those living there. I would like to point out that the Activity Director and Marketer were smiling and happy everytime I saw them. They speak with the same accent and it is comforting to hear and see them interact with people.

The staff here are wonderful!! CNAs are nice & management were kind. The activity manager stood out because she is so warm and engaging. The building is beautiful!! The apartments are intimate but very inviting.

The administrator and her staff are amazing. Their care and compassion show in the everything they do. The rooms are clean and tidy. The meals look delicious. The residents seem so happy and comfortable. This is such a lovely place to call home!
