The Carlisle Palm Beach

We moved my 73 year old aunt into the Carlisle after visiting five other communities in the area. The Carlisle is the best option, it looks luxurious and feels like a fancy hotel. Moving my aunt was a difficult move from out of state. The people at Carlisle made the move seamless. They were and have been wonderful. Especially Jackie Crawford who’s an absolute gem. The staff has been incredibly welcoming and ensured that she got settled in nicely. They even made sure she made some friends. They answer all of my questions and concerns promptly. I never have to wait to get an update. I’m very thankful that we found the Carlisle. It’s hard to trust other people to help care for your loved ones. The people at the Carlisle ease my worry. I’m very happy that’s where we chose for my aunt to enjoy her retirement. The grounds are beautiful, newly renovated and across the street from the beach. I would recommend the Carlisle to anyone looking.

I am a placement advisor and recently placed a client in independent living. The customer service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure every need was met. The staff was prompt and responsive, always following through quickly and efficiently.

Disappointing experience - TV commercials look great using bait & switch technique. Assisted living director is mean & unqualified. My parents were there for many years & the quality of the care kept going downhill. Explore other facilities before committing to this place.

The Carlisle Palm Beach Independent Living facility has been a total joy to look to moving forward. My contact has been mainly with Jackie Crawford. She is warm, friendly, professional, and full of information. The Carlisle is fortunate to have a quality employee in that position. Hopefully I will be lucky enough to reside there shortly and it is in large measure because of Jackie.

My mom and I were recently invited to attend a “Lunch and Learn” event at The Carlisle. As owners of a local nurse registry (private duty home care company), we work every day with seniors. When asking us for recommendations about assisted living facilities or senior communities, one of the first questions they ask us is about the food/dining. The food quality and presentation at the luncheon were 5 star – comparable to higher-end restaurants. Most importantly, all management and staff who we met with made us feel welcome. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They really know how to provide an elevated, pleasant experience for their residents. After the luncheon, we took a tour of the Memory Care building. The newly renovated apartments were beautiful. We were particularly impressed with the different levels of care offered for residents with different abilities.
