I moved my mom to Caring Hearts 3 years ago and it has been life-changing! Mom was declining fast under the neglectful care of her previous home, but since moving to Caring Hearts, she not only survives, but THRIVES! Olivia and her loving team have been the most amazing blessing to our family. I couldn't possibly trust my mom to anyone else. They deserve all the stars!

Over the years, we’ve consistently witnessed the hands on, loving care the team at Caring Hearts provides to their residents. Olivia is the Administrator and is a true advocate for her residents and their family members. Olivia and her team take the time to really get to know their resident and their family. Gilson, the Resident Service Director, is on it! He knows his residents and their needs and knows how to manage the different care providers to help get his resident the care they need as quickly as possible. We recommend Caring Hearts to our patients and their families with confidence in the level of care our patient will receive in their new home.

Olivia and her staff at Caring Hearts had made our Dad's life the best possible under the difficult circumstances of my dad's health. My dad had dementia, but it was clear he loved the staff there. Olivia and staff helped us navigate the complications that my dad and our family faced. This facility is one of the very best in the county.

When it came to finding a safe and comfortable spot for our Dad, we made site visits to several facilities in the Santa Clara/San Jose Area. Initially none met with our approval. Then, when we toured Caring Hearts Senior Care Home in West San Jose, we knew immediately that it was the right spot for Dad. It was clean, food was good, and most importantly the staff was friendly, conscientious, and welcoming. Dad feels "at home" there, and so do my siblings and I during our visits with Dad. The music and art activities are an added plus to the comfort and care that Olivia and her staff provide. Thank you Caring Hearts!
