Toured here recently the facility had a really good home like environment. The director and assistant director and staff all had a good sense of humor and welcoming vibe! Highly recommend.

Care Partners on Birch Street is like one big happy family! The residents love the Staff and the Staff love the residents. It is very heartwarming to see residents engaging with Staff and other residents doing puzzles, painting, making crafts, playing music, singing together and so much more! What a great place!

Staff weren't wearing masks, and the Director did not seem to have a coherent plan for mitigating risk of Covid-19 despite months of warnings. Update: New director and care is reportedly improved. Updated from 1 to 3 stars optimistically, though the bar has been set pretty low. Covid ran rampant through this place in 2020.

If I could give one star I could. The care givers at this place do not wear masks, and most have tested positive for covid. My friend's great grandfather not only has pnemonia, but covid too. Don't put your family here.

During a global pandemic care takers do not wear masks, and continued to care for the elderly after testing positive. This is both irresponsible and reckless on their behalf.
