I love teaching my drumming classes for the residents at Calligraphy. Everyone is so welcoming, kind and very supportive of each other in our group setting. We always feel encouraged, understood and inspired to thrive through with our warm-hearted environment. I absolutely love Calligraphy, the residents and staff.

I have been coming to this facility for around 8 years since my mom moved here - I have experienced both Watermark mgmt and the new “Caligraphy” mgmt team and man has it gone down hill - Every time I come for lunch now we wait over 15 minutes before any server comes to take our order - now I would like to be clear most of the waiting staff is very nice and seems very competent- but ridiculously under staffed - and yet they have other employees twiddling their thumbs because no one dines in their exclusive more expensive side - I won’t even get into the nightmares I have heard about the transportation issues - but at the amount you charge for rents that the service is this horrible is a disgrace- the mgnt should bel ashamed- do better!!

While we have recently been onboarding and training new dining team members to strengthen service, we understand that does not lessen the frustration you experienced during your visit. I’ve had great experiences working with Calligraphy as a vendor. The staff is amazing and truly cares about creating special experiences for their residents. Calligraphy is fabulous and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a residence for themselves or their loved one for so many reasons. The staff is so caring and attentive; the residents are friendly, intelligent and engaged; the food is outstanding and the common areas feel like those of a luxury cruise ship. Calligraphy is located just steps away from great shopping, theaters and UCLA hospital. A vibrant, beautiful and comfortable home in the center of Westwood Village.
