The care and compassion of the staff has been amazing. We feel as we are a part of their extended family. Cannot say enough how wonderful the entire staff has been to our family member and help guide us through this new phase in our lives. The facility is so clean and welcoming

Facility has gone down hill since the "new" Administrator started. The residents are not cared for by her new staff she brought with her.one of the staff members she brought with her MEGAN constantly smells like alcohol & went outside at least 12 to 13 times in my 1hour visit leaving her residents neglected. She treats the original staff like complete garbage. They have been with that facility for many years. We are relocating my uncle over this disgusting situation. She is refusing to supply linens etc... building is disgusting & dirty. Never has clean laundry. he has been sleeping on plastic for several weeks. They need to replace Donna she is completely intolerable, disrespectful & unprofessional & incapable of running a facility to say the least. They need to bring Mrs. Jackie back. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE.

No, absolutely not! This is not the place you want to trust your family with. Although they smile in your face the care is sub-par.
