Brookwood Terrace Home One

I highly recommend Brookwood Terrace Apartments as this is a great community and led by a dedicated and hands-on management and maintenance team. I love the location as it is close to downtown SJ. I greatly appreciate all of the support that they provide to both residents and vendors alike. Five stars!!!

Ever since the virus came into our world the apts became a target for the homeless. They come into the building and steal people's packages they order, the homeless people take the package to the stairwells and they leave the empty boxes with no names. That's really sad!

Paul has made things so difficult since he has been the new apartment manager! He is unprofessional and could care LESS about his tenants! He has a condescending attitude! And feels he is superior over everyone!!! Instead of speaking WITH his tenants he is quick to talk down to them even mocking them with an arrogant smirk on his face!!! Brookwood Terrance apartment failed at hiring this person!!! Ana G.

Brookwood Terrace is located close to downtown and is a very nice place to live. We have very friendly neighbors and have resided at Brookwood Terrace for over 3 years. If you are looking for a clean friendly environment and a safe place to live you will find it here. Lynn is the manager in charge and is very helpful if you need to ask her any questions. The maintenance person here is very professional and handles work orders in a timely matter.

This place is disgusting, trash and spit everywhere. The fire alarm goes off constantly and there are ear piercing sirens in every room. The power goes off twice a month in the winter. Go to Family Watch Dog to see how many sex offenders live in a 5 mile radius of this complex. My car insurance doubled because of the crime and accident rate in the area. The building is only a couple of years old and it's falling apart already. The fire alarm goes off when we put the heater on. All the doors squeak, the fridge leaks and the elevators are constantly broken. There's also a trailer park next door full of child molesters (I watch then oggle the young girls all the time. One guy was stalking this teenager, pretending like he was on his phone. He noticed then left in a hurry.) The security cameras are for the complex owners only, don't expect then to do anything when your car gets broken into, they won't help. I parked on the street on new years and someone went up and down the street and vandalized a bunch of cars, including mine. Oh ya, and the store across the street sold me a burrito with a cockroach in it.
