It was a beautiful place from the outside the very country looking exterior and once you come to the inside a beautiful lobby area. Your rooms are not that bad but somehow you have to share some of those rooms with another person. Now here how it goes downhill: Inside management is very poor with what appears to be no supervision with any of the bad apples. Staff are few a numbers of professional people per shift. A few of the staff down to clients when client has a question? No fire plan was ever disguised. No fire doors in hallways. 2 inch cracks below each door in each client room? The call button you wear are useless tend to let call up to seven or eight times. your food went from fair to terrible and sometimes to a level of “I didn’t order this.”

This is a great place. The staff is hardworking and friendly. They really care about the clients health welfare and safety. June is absolutely wonderful if there are any issues she will handle them immediately. The location is great, the building is clean.

June, I want to take a moment to share how much I appreciate the dedication and warmth you bring to your role as Wellness Director. Your ability to design engaging programs and create a supportive environment has truly made a positive impact. The way you encourage participation and build meaningful connections is noticed and valued. I love how you introducing greater variety in the group wellness sessions to appeal to different interests and needs. What you've built already is strong and effective. Your leadership and commitment shine through, and I look forward to seeing how your vision continues to shape wellness in your community.
