Trespassing property order me around can't sleep looks done tweaking been there before a lot quit but wait there's more stuff trashed don't care about it too busy to stay overnight... boring as hell... Lonely and single

I, along with numerous neighborhood residents, have had ongoing issues with this facility and it's residents. These issues include harassment, trespassing, and drug use. Multiple residents of the facility stand outside, or go onto neighboring properties, and consume drugs. I have found their pipes and aluminum foil on my property, and they are not filled with tobacco or marijuana. I know that the paraphernalia belongs to residents because I watched them do it. When informed that they are trespassing, they become aggressive and threatening. On multiple occasions, the residents have attempted to enter neighboring residences. When notified, law enforcement fails to charge because the facility claims the residents are "mentally incompetent". If the residents are incompetent, why are they allowed to roam the neighborhood and harass people. They have multiple residents that stalk women and children at Ivywild Park. They yell at and harass anyone who walks by the facility. They randomly scream at all hours of the day and night. You're basically expected to walk around your own property with your head down because if you make eye contact with them, they threaten and harass you. Their residents are eventually going to hurt someone. This place seems more like ComCor than assisted living.
