My mother moved into Brookdale, West Hartford, Ct around 5 years. During those years the staff & aides have been wonderful. The atmosphere at Brookdale is lovely. They really work hard to engage their residents through music events, cocktails hours & special occasions. They really stepped up as my Mom started to decline. I would highly recommend a tour if you are considering this option for your family member.

Unfortunately the door is rarely answered on the first two rings and a knock on the clarbridge unit…not great for visitors.

Brookdale has been an excellent choice for our parents. The care, the programs that are offered, the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, the food, the way they accommodate concerns and communicate to the family, it's all exceptional. We are a very grateful for the care our parents have received at Brookdale West Hartford and I feel it starts right from the top - the Executive Director, Ryan, he has always been there for our family.
