Brookdale Reynolda Road

Brookdale Reynolda was wonderful to my mom during her stay there. I can't thank the staff enough for treating her with such kindness and welcoming her with such warmth during her transition from the rehab center. Anne, especially, went to extreme measures to make sure we were able to get my mother moved in exactly when she needed a safe place to call home. Every staff member was kind and caring and always willing to help with whatever was needed on a daily basis. I knew my mom was well-cared for and safe, and that meant the world to our family. Seeing her become healthier and happier was truly a gift. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a clean, safe, family-oriented environment for their loved one.

The staff is very helpful, kind and fun loving. The place is always clean and well maintained. Everyone seems to be enjoying themselves during their special activities and dining times. I feel like it is a real home for my mom and that she is very well taken care of in nourishment, medical, and social situations. It is a great relief to know that we found such a good place for her. I visit her often and am always happy to be there.

Brookdale Reynolda Road takes outstanding care of my elderly mother. Their staff and leadership team are most welcoming, friendly and attentive to her needs and those of other residents. There is a strong sense of community and family at this facility, and it is pleasant for our family to visit my Mom, talk with staff, and the other residents. We are most thankful and appreciative for Brookdale Reynolda Road staff and the care they provide our Mom.

The executive director, the head of nursing staff, and all the staff members in this facility are so genuinely caring. My parents have been there for a year. I feel that they are not only cared for but loved by the staff. I interviewed 20 facilities and Brookdale was an absolute perfect fit for my parents. It should be On your list if you need assistance for a loved one. I would recommend it and I do recommend it. And we are thankful that they care for my parents. We were able to decorate their rooms exactly as they had been at home , so in every way this is a warm happy place Update 2021— I can honestly report that the exceptional care and safety measures put forth during the pandemic have kept my father alive and well, even with fragile health. They check on the residents often and lovingly. And the executive staff did so much to keep spirits up. My family loves Brookdale Reynolda. JFL.

Brookdale has been the perfect fit for my husband’s mom! We visited several places and Brookdale was our first choice. It is a clean, welcoming, friendly, and loving community where the staff genuinely cares for each of their residents. They follow safety protocols to protect their residents and staff...over the past year they have remained COVID-free which is an amazing feat within itself. My mother-in-law has been so much happier here than she was living at home. She has peers to converse with and participates in activities that keeps her mind alert and has thrived socially and emotionally. My husband and I highly recommend Brookdale Reynolda if you need an assisted living option for your loved one. A wonderful family atmosphere!!!
