Brookdale Paulin Creek provides a lovely living environment and both staff and residents are friendly and helpful.

Me and my wife Betty moved into Paulin Creek about a year ago. We looked at a lot of other places but Paulin Creek stood out to us. Since then we’ve been very happy here. The food is good and the staff is even better. If you have something break in your apartment, the maintenance staff is there right away!

We moved our Mom into Brookdale after she fell and broke her hip. We looked at many other options and felt Brookdale Paulin Creek was the right fit for her. We had an excellent experience touring the facility, and the staff made move in stress free. Everyone I've experienced is very kind and responsive, and Mom is well cared for and enjoying lots of social time with other residents. She loves the food in dining room. Thanks for the great care!

While the facility is nice and the residents are friendly, the things that we were told would occur when my father moved in did not. I realize there was a health concern at the time, but we had hoped someone would reach out to welcome him and support him once that ended. He's been the over a month and had never been down around, introduced to anyone, invited to join anything, and still had no name tag on his door or his veteran photos on the wall. I just wish he had been welcomed into the community like we were promised.

My mom stayed here for her last year and it was fantastic. Smelt wonderfully clean, great employees and delicious food. I tried to get her up and moving to the hair salon, putting green and TV room. Its just a warm nice place...very UNLIKE. the residential care homes she was in. Everyone parks their carts or walkers in a little row just outside dining room door. (Like a parking lot..all in a line) I thought it was fantastic for her..and us four children and the grandkids, too.
