Brookdale North Richland Hills

My mother has lived in this facility for nine years and we are very happy with Brookdale NRH. The building is clean, sunny and bright, and well maintained. Her two room apartment is spacious. The food is very good. We love the flexibility built into the dining room hours, mom can eat whenever she's hungry, instead of within a prescribed hour. There are many food options for every meal, something for everyone. As with all facilities, there is turnover in aides, but we have received excellent, compassionate care with each. The administration is very interested in quality service for the residents, and if ever I have had an issue, their response has been immediate. I highly recommend Brookdale NRH.

Our dad has been here for the last 3 years and truly loves this place. The staff are very attentive, including the dining hall servers, administrators, and nurse staff. They are always concerned with his well being and very active in contacting us if they see a change in his eating or behavior. They are appreciative of the family members and provide quarterly Family Gathering Dinners. They offer great field trips for the residents (Ranger Games, Christmas Lights, Walmart Shopping), plenty of weekly activities/games/live music/movie nights/socials, and provides a bus service to local dr appts. The residents are a close knit group of people and if our Dad misses breakfast, someone is coming to see why. We have great peace of mind knowing that he loves it here and is well taken care of and has "assistance" if needed. In the case of looking for a reputable place for a parent I recommend Brookdale NRH!

Very poor service and racists people i just walk-in and a lady was speaking by the cell phone in the library was my first time there so i didn't know nothing obviously i was needed help and info. Well i just ask for info about a books for school and the lady was very rude with me because she was talking with a friends and i ask her for help so she told me than i need to come another day because in that moment she won't able to help me since there is only technical people and resident's who can get information and help and i need to back when somebody else is there because she can't help me..and more rudes things, and bad attitude... i feel so bad about the racists just because i have Hispanic look but I'm American citizen because i born here but doesn't mean cause i have Hispanic look she needs to treat me like that...was my first time there and was really bad experience😢
