Stay a way from this place Understaffing an low staff morale Brookdale Greenwood Village has alleging "purposeful chronically insufficient staffing" to maximize profits, leading to overworked staff and low morale. Many employees have reported that they are "set up for failure" with high turnover. Lack of supplies and care: Multiple complaints, residents may not receive basic necessities, including inattentive care, lack of prompt response to call buttons, and inadequate supplies. Poor management, lack of accountability, and communication issues from corporate, often described as lazy Poor food quality Numerous reviews have described the food as poor, or unappetizing, File a Formal Complaint: Contact your state’s Department of Health and Human Services or the local Ombudsman, who handles complaints about nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Absolutely unbelievable! Medication on the floor, do not bathe the patients. Do not clean their restroom. The worst thing, they overdosed my father's medication which sent him to emergency. Avoid at all cost

My grandpa fell multiple times out of bed. Whenever he would go poop he would fall because of no handle bars on the toilet seat the service is bad and I clicked the service button and waited for an hour for a nurse to come and they didn’t come.i will not recommend your elders to come here I want to transfer my grandpa.

I went to visit a friend today. I brought some breakfast caaserole and we sat in a private dining room and had breakfast and a great chat. Her nurse Theresa and the other staff members were very attentive and helpful. I had a wonderful visit with my friend. Thank you!

My Mom was only at Brookdale Greenwood Village for a couple of months before her passing, but I am extremely grateful for the loving, caring, and safe environment they have created in the Clare Bridge memory care unit. When I was setting up her room before she even moved in, the staff were all coming by and introducing themselves to me. By the time she arrived I felt like I was leaving her with family! The facility itself is spotless and I never noticed any odors (except the one day they had lunch with garlic in it!). I was comfortable with Mom being there because I could tell she was always well-cared for.
