My dad is very well taken care of. He is always clean and the staff is very polite and professional. They go out of their way to help my dad get in his wheelchair to join in the different events. His physical therapy is making him stronger and we are very grateful.

My friend Candice has only been there for a short time and I can feel the caring attitudes of the employees. Kevin was tremendous in getting her into the facility. He was very knowledgeable of the process which made it happen smoothly. Being a nurse for fifty years and a nurse manager, I can truly say the nursing staff is phenomenal. I do realize that being a nurse is difficult at times, but if you have a caring heart like I see at this facility. Her nurse today made it seem easy. They take wonderful care of my mom. The front desk staff is always doing the extra mile for the residents. They are so kind, caring, and responsive.

The second floor is surprisingly outstanding. Cleanliness is important here. The protein portions at dinner are amazing supper tender. The nursing, the therapists and nurse assistants have been excellent; attentive and compassionate. Highly recommend Brookdale Galleria skilled nursing facility.

Ashley gave a great tour. I'm very impressed with Brookdale Galleria. I was treated to a meal and must say the good was better than I anticipated. It was definitely upscale restaurant quality. The facility has a lot to offer and is well maintained.
