Words cannot express how wonderful the administration and staff were to my precious momma. From the beginning with Edi as she helped answer all our questions and went over and above to make Mom’s entrance into Brookdale Colonial Heights a smooth one. It was so obvious from the first day that Spring and Donna the administrators had mommas best interest at heart. They made sure all her needs were being met. They were so comforting to me as I was many hours away and called quite often. The nurses, assistants, chef, etc. all genuinely loved my momma and made her feel loved. One in particular was a precious lady named Emi. She never entered my momma’s room that she did not kiss her on the forehead and tell her that she loved her. And her words and actions were straight from her heart. I believe that each person working there is using their God given gifts to make a difference in the lives of each resident and their families. My mom moved there in November 2018 having brain cancer and her last day there was January 6, 2019 when she entered her heavenly home. I believe her last days were some of her best because she had no worries and was loved on so well. Thank you Brookdale Colonial Heights.😘

I was only here for a short time while my grandmother was passing, the staff is probably something of the best in this field I ever seen.

The staff treated my mother with a great deal of respect, kindness, and compassion during her time at Brookdale Colonial Heights. I could not have asked for a better place for her.

Took excellent care of my mother's parents after her passing. I've visited other Brookdale locations in a couple of states, but this is the best choice.
