The meals at Brookdale are a real treat! The dining room is like a fine restaurant, and the service is attentive. The menus change frequently and dishes can always be customized for individual needs. I've been privileged to have lunch there as a guest quite a few times and alway come away impressed.

Every staff member was smiling and offering assistance. They ALL appeared to love their job! The food selection was amazing and did not disappoint!

Ever since my dad became a resident at Brookdale Chambrel Williamsburg in 2021, we have truly felt like part of the family. The staff consistently goes above and beyond, greeting everyone with genuine warmth from the moment you arrive and taking a personal interest in each resident and their loved ones. Their constant readiness to help and provide exceptional care gives me total peace of mind, knowing my dad is thriving and enjoying an active lifestyle in such a beautiful environment.

Father was an independent living resident only a few months and then required extensive surgery. A Brookdale administrator visited my father roughly every 2 weeks in his rehab facility. Smooth coordination of his care needs as now he requires assisted living. Staff is friendly snd caring without a lot of turnover, which is noteworthy!
