We love the staff and community. They have been so instrumental in the transition of our loved one. They have welcome them with open arms and they are acclimating to their new community. The best move was moving them to Brookdale Centre Pointe.

I had the PLEASURE of meeting the New Executive Director who is such a wonderful leader. She insists on only having "cheerful givers" on her team and it shows! Met 2 very happy families on my visit who highly recommend it!

Horrible experience. Residents are walking out the door. They do not answer the phone and do not return calls.

Mu father stayed at Brookdale for the final year of his life as he understood less and less and was often more cantankerous. The staff were consistently caring and loving as they took care of him. The food was well prepared and the facility kept clean. There were often outings and guests invited in to help break up the routine.
