Brookdale Centre of New England

I met Jennell Hamlin through a family member, who has had experience working with her at Brookdale. I am very interested in moving my mother to Brookdale in Coventry. She has been FANTASTIC while answering all my questions and keeping in contact. Her confident and understanding nature is reassuring, and easy to communicate with. Had such a wonderful experience at today’s vendor market at Brookdale Centre of New England! As a vendor with Apothecary Mystic Co. and representatives of Wolf’s Den Coven, we couldn’t have asked for a better event. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful—clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained. From the moment we arrived, Jennell Hamlin and her entire team went above and beyond to make every vendor feel welcome. They were incredibly kind, friendly, organized, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their genuine hospitality created such a positive atmosphere throughout the entire event. It was clear how much care and effort Jennell and the staff put into making the market a success, and it truly showed. We had a fantastic time meeting residents, visitors, and fellow vendors, and we felt appreciated from start to finish. Thank you, Jennell, and everyone at Brookdale Centre of New England, for hosting such an amazing event. My daughter and I had a great day at Brookdale today at the vendor event. Everyone was extremely friendly and the staff was so good with the clients. The place was very clean and nicely furnished and decorated.
