I’ve had a great experience working with the team at Brookdale Memory Care. My grandmother has been in a few different memory care communities, and this one has been the best experience for our family so far. Mindi in admissions has been especially wonderful to work with. She is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to answer questions and guide families through the process. While the community has had some leadership changes recently, the staff has remained very responsive and attentive whenever questions or concerns come up. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and the families they serve. Overall, it has been a very positive experience, and we appreciate the care and support the team provides.
