Beautiful place and very clean and well kept up. We worked with Ginger @ Brookdale Broadmoor. Ginger was helpful, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about all the different phases a parent or family member may need for senior living, in my case if was memory care for my mom and her kitty KiKi. I would recommend highly recommend Brookdale Broadmoor for any of your senior needs. Just ask for Ginger 😸she is very accommodating, easy to work with and very helpful. Traci

I can't say enough good things about the staff at Brookdale Broadmoor and how they make you feel welcome and right at home. Ginger Baily is hands down amazing, and super sincere. Denise exudes joy and I can say first hand that she makes a mean apple pie! Thanks for making us feel so welcome

I highly recommend working with Ginger at Brookdale Broadmoor! She is extremely knowledgeable on all things Senior Living! She made the process seamless, when looking into Assisted Living Communities. She took the time to answer all our questions, and walk us through the whole process. We also met the cook, who was just as lovely 🤍 I feel very comfortable leaving my parents in their care. We had the best experience!

It's a beautiful place. Inviting outside area. Very secured living. Most of the staff were very kind and caring. Julie is exceptional. Very patient with my Mom. They are or were very understaffed. They do their best. It's a new way of life for my parents. I live 1200 miles away so I'm trusting in the staff to care for my parents. Cheryl G

I called this facility to see if they accepted Medicaid and if they had a room available for my mother. I was told yes to both these questions. I explained the situation with my mother. She is in a facility in Pueblo and I wanted her closer to me here in the Springs I also explained that she has no money and that the facility she is in now takes her pension and social security and that Medicaid pays the balance for her monthly costs. This was all fine, and I scheduled a tour of the facility. The place is really nice. The staff were very friendly, it was clean and comfortable. The residents were happy and friendly and the room they had available was absolutely perfect for my mother. I was really excited and I asked a lot of questions, all of which were answered by the person conducting the tour. She gave me the number for the financial person to talk to as she had no information regarding that. I called the same day. I was so excited to get my mother moved in. The financial person called me back and dropped the HUGE bombshell that they only accept private pay for two years before they will take medicaid!! Over $5,000 a month for two years. I was completely stunned. I had specifically asked about the insurance and I was told that they do accept Medicaid. This facility is even on a list from Rocky Mountain Pace that accepts Medicaid. It was a total waste of my time and I just wanted to warn people that it's private pay only for two years. My mother may not even live that long. This should be made plain either on their website or on the literature the tour guide gives you. Nobody said a single word about that insane private pay cost until after the tour, and after I had already decided it was perfect for my mother. I am horribly disappointed and I would hate for anyone else to have to go through all that only to be told that they won't take your Insurance after all.
