We were at Brookdale for about 7 weeks. For the most part, I liked Brookdale for my husband. Then we had a change in care, and we were billed for charges that we were told we wouldn't be charged for if we moved my husband. We moved him out of the facility and we were lied too and additional charges were billed to us. I would NOT use this facility. I was not able to get this issue resolved after several attempts.

Our father needed a place to recover following a long stay in hospital. Brookdale in Boulder Creek was a perfect option. The facility was beautiful including a relaxing outdoor area. Staff were kind, prompt and very helpful throughout his stay. We can't thank them enough for the gracious hospitality and caring presence.

My father has been at Brookdale Boulder Creek for just over a year and I’m extremely grateful to the staff for their compassionate and respectful care. He feels safe and loved and part of a caring community.

My mom has been here for 8 months and we could not be happier with this place. The staff is so caring and positive with the people who live here, it then sets the tone for the residents. It is a friendly and warm community! My mom loves the staff, the activities and the food. She is very, very content here! 😍

Do not move into Brookdale Boulder Creek if you will eventually need to go on Medicaid. We kept Brookdale informed for 2 years about my parent's financial situation, but never received any correspondence from them until 2 weeks before the money was gone. At that time they threw my parent out with 2 weeks to find an other place. They are understaffed. The management is awful with no interaction with residents or families except to send out letters with 'rules to follow'. The turn over of management is continuous. It is to bad, because the building and rooms are lovely. The food is OK.
