From the moment I walked in, I could feel the warmth and comfort that make this place special. The atmosphere genuinely feels like home — welcoming, peaceful, and filled with friendly, familiar faces. One of the things I really appreciate is that Brookdale isn’t an overly large community. Its smaller size makes it more personal and home-like, allowing residents and staff to truly get to know one another. That closeness creates a sense of family that you can feel the moment you walk through the door. The building itself is beautiful, safe, and thoughtfully designed, but what really makes Brookdale shine is the people. The staff are compassionate, attentive, and genuinely care about each resident’s well-being. I also want to recognize Debbie Britt, whose leadership is the heart of this community. Debbie leads with kindness, professionalism, and genuine dedication. She creates a culture where residents feel valued and staff feel supported — and that’s reflected in every corner of Brookdale. Brookdale Augusta puts their residents first. The executive director, Debbie, goes above and beyond to meet the needs of the building. The passion the staff has for their job truly shows. Brookdale Augusta is the place to be.

From our experience, Dawn in Admissions is a cold hearted blatant LIAR. She comes across as a kind and caring person. However she will say she's going to do something then act as if she never said. After seeing their bad reviews on other sites, in the news and with BBB, I'm ecstatic that we are not doing business with this facility! What a nightmare!

Management at Brookdale Augusta makes the health, care, and comfort of their residents top priority. During this time of pandemic in our world, they continue to look for ways for the residents to safely 'connect' with their families. Very thankful for them and their care!
