My mother-in-law who has dementia was a resident for only 22 hours when she ran away and was found by a passing motorist. Kemia Brinkley who is is the owner, was fully informed that she was a runaway risk and assured she could handle this. In short, she never refunded any portion of the $6000 fee after repeatedly promising to. Do not use this facility. They are not equipped.
