If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will receive exceptional care and where you’ll have true peace of mind, I highly recommend Brightview Senior Living of Towson. My father lived there for four months before he passed, and in that short time the staff became like family to my sister and me. Every team member is compassionate, patient, and genuinely invested in residents and their families. There’s a strong sense of pride and teamwork—you’ll never hear “that’s not my job.” The community is clean, bright, welcoming, and full of life, with engaging activities and a true focus on treating residents with dignity and respect. We are deeply grateful for everything they did for him—and for us.

My siblings and I are so grateful for the excellent care that our father receives at BrightView Towson. The staff in all areas are so professional, kind, positive, and compassionate. Also the opportunities for a variety of social interactions are so important to him. Thank you.

Tonight was the Thanksgiving Family dinner, and my son and I joined my father for dinner. We had a wonderful time, and it meant the world to my dad to have us there for a meal with him (and the food was fantastic, too!)

Lainey was fantastic through the exploration and sale process. My parents moved in today. So tbd on living experience but the sale process and acclimating has been really top notch. Great communications and expectations management through a challenging transitional time.

My cousin has been in the Brightview Memory Care floor for a couple of years, and we live in Virginia and don't get to see her very often. So I was very impressed with how attentive all of the staff are to my dear cousin and to the other residence there. They seem cheerful and gentle as well in caring for the residents. It was good to see.
