The employees are great. This is about upper management and whoever is making decisions about the elevator. So the only elevator (which is crazy you only have 1) broke down 4th of July weekend and as of today July 15th its still broken. My Grandma has been stuck on her level and cant go anywhere since she is in a wheelchair and isnt capable of walking down the stairs. What are we doing?? You are a residential place for older people who need an elevator!! Most of the people who live here can't use the stairs and/or its dangerous for them to do so. My grandma told me it may take 6 months to get a new elevator!! This should've been resolved by Wednesday July 8th at the latest and thats being kind to you!! Your clients need the elevator!! Your clients are missing out on family events and seeing eachother because of this! Will you give them money off for this of course not. Will you give staff extra pay for having to do much more like bringing up meals of course not. I can't believe this can be legal! This isnt an office building where the majority of people can use the stairs if need be. The clients who live her need the elevator! If this doesnt get resolved soon I will be posting my complaints everywhere, daily until it does. We'll move my Grandma if we have to. Again the staff is amazing. Ownership and whoever is making these decisions do better. This is unacceptable and embarrassing!

Response from the owner

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We understand this situation has been challenging for residents and their families, and we appreciate your kind words about our community team. The elevator experienced an unexpected mechanical issue, and after thorough evaluation it was determined that replacement is the safest long-term solution. At the same time, we're actively pursuing temporary solutions to improve access sooner, including repairs that could restore limited elevator service while the new elevator is being installed, as well as plans for an electric chair lift for residents who cannot safely use the stairs. In the meantime, our team continues to provide dining, activities, salon services, and individualized transportation planning so residents can continue receiving the care and services they expect. We know this has been difficult, and we'd welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly regarding your concerns. Please contact Executive Director Jen Casper at 410-893-2202 at your convenience.
