Brighton Gardens of St. Charles was the most wonderful place for my mom. We moved mom into the memory care floor when she was diagnosed with dementia a little over a year ago. It took her a little while to acclimate, but with the help of her caretakers, she did quite well. The staff at BG was wonderful. Every single one of them. They treated my mother and our family with love and respect. I cannot say enough about them. Every day my mother was dressed, her hair was done and her makeup was applied. All by these wonderful and caring women. I was there almost every day for a little over a year. I saw how well all the ladies and gentlemen living at Brighton Gardens were treated. The food was good, the activities were well planned, and the staff goes out of their way to make sure everyone is happy and satisfied. It is such a difficult and stressful decision to move a parent to assisted living or memory care. You worry, will they be well taken care of? I am so happy I found BG. My mom lived out the remaining year of her life in an atmosphere filled with love and kindness and surrounded by people who cared.

Are you looking for a place for a loved one ? Look no further, I have been through a lot of them, this by far, is the best ! Doug the General Manager is incredible. The staff is gentle, loving and a lot of fun to be around, for the residents, and guests. Every one is treated very, very well. The staff in the memory section, are remarkable, to say the very least. The place is clean, the food is good, and there are always events and activities for the people. They go way beyond what would be expected, to care for our loved ones. My sister was there for several months in the memory section. I cannot say enough good things about Doug, Rachel and the staff, and Christine of Lighthouse hospice David Owens
