Brighton Gardens of Northville

The folks at Fairmont took care of my father for the last several months. They truly are a great fit for this very challenging industry. They always handled things with grace and they truly showed a strong sense of caring. Michele the director is absolutely meant for this work. I highly recommend this assisted living facility for your loved one. They really go above and beyond.

I can not say enough great things regarding Fairmont Senior Living in Northville. My mother was a resident at another facility and it was just not the correct fit for her needs to say the least. We met with staff (Amanda and Chantell) and spoke to what mom's needs were. Everything that we brought up they were confident they could handle it. The staff were all amazing and took great care of my mother. I wish we had found Fairmont sooner and my mother could have flourished there. The silver lining is that when my mother needed the most care she was in a place that delivered all of it with grace and poise. I could finally relax a bit as i knew mom was getting the care that she deserved and required. My mom has since passed but she always spoke so highly of the staff at Fairmont. I can not remember all of the names but they were all great with mom. From the bottom of our hearts we thank all of the staff at Fairmont for the great care until moms last days. Thank you and we appreciate you and the attention to great care did not go unnoticed by this RN of 24+ years.

Fairmont has a friendly care staff. My mom was in memory care. She started to decline. I requested a care conference with family members to learn of how she was doing and what to expect. I was told by an admin member that they do not have time to do care conferences. It seemed that they were more interested in "filling their beds" rather than helping family members understand the health needs of my mom. Several times I left vms and sent emails to upper management. They went unanswered. We ended up moving my mom to a different place.

I couldn't possibly recommend another facility more highly than Fairmont. The compassion and caring nature of the entire staff, top to bottom, is just incredible. They did everything they could to make my father's time there the best it could be for him. They went beyond simple care, but spoke to him and treated him like a person and not a job. Often, elderly people will be treated with less engagement or respect, but not at Fairmont! The resident care, medical care - every facet of this community is top notch! Do NOT hesitate to take your loved one here - you will not regret it!

This is a great facility, with a great staff, many of whom have worked here for many years. The dining room is bright and cheery, and the rest of the facility is clean and maintained like new. Everyone here gave our mother loving care for the final months of her life. We are only sorry that we didn’t move her here sooner. We highly recommend Fairmont. Note that it is also served by the Northville Township Fire Department, where every firefighter is an ALS Paramedic, and they transport to local hospitals. We have seen the kind and professional care they provided to our mother during her stay here.
