The earlier reviews of this place were good, but things have drastically declined. Facility is not clean, staff are not reliable and overall management is poor.

Not good. Do not send your loved ones here if you care about them. Most of caretakers are kind but they are understaffed, esp at night. Management is awful.

The Team at Pruitt Place went above and beyond with an extremely challenging client of mine both behaviorally and clinically. Every staff member I encountered was very helpful and had great a customer service attitude. Dr Deraney is an extremely experienced executive Director who truly understands how to operate an assisted living community!
