Bridges® by EPOCH at Norwalk is a memory care assisted living community exclusively dedicated to providing care for those living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. The community features four distinct households on two floors with purposeful design including secure layouts, soft contrasting colors, and abundant natural light. Residents receive individualized care plans, 24/7 nursing support, wellness programs, and life enrichment activities.

This is a warm, unpretentious and lightfilled place, where people are strolling around, chatting, doing their own thing, or taking part in activities. Julie made us feel at home immediately, and I believe my beloved spouse has a new family awaiting him. Even the visiting families are friendly and kind.

Our family had a very good experience with Bridges and we are so grateful for the care they provided to our mom. The staff treated her with kindness, dignity, and genuine compassion, and it gave us peace of mind knowing she was in such caring hands. When we encountered an issue the leadership team took our concerns very seriously. They met with us, listened, addressed the situation, and took meaningful steps to make it right. We want to especially thank Mike Toce, who truly went above and beyond and showed my mom and our entire family an incredible level of care.

Miguel rosario
I attended the first concert for the summer concert series this year. The food, music and staff were great. The Executive Director Brenda and her team of Directors were present and very attentive. I look forward to attending the next concert.
