My mother has been at Brickmont for several years. Kenyatta is a great helpful and caring director. Tatyana, the nurse, has guided us through numerous health issues with my mother. Tatyana is knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. I hope she is not going anywhere because she helps us navigate life with an elderly parent. Emily at the front desk - who doesn’t love her?! Jermaine is the best caregiver. He is such a sweetheart. Chris is such a kind and loving caregiver. I could go on. The only reason I’m not giving a 5 is because there have been too many amazing caregivers who have left for whatever reason. Also the food is a common complaint by my mom. I'm changing my four stars to one star as all of the above employees are no longer there. There has been a change of ownership and there are very few left of the previous employees and they seem overwhelmed with the situation. My mother presses her pendant for help and no one comes. We have tried to meet with the director to discuss and can't get anyone to respond to our request. It seems like we are being told what they think we want to hear but our concerns are not being met. Tiffany and Sheronette are just a few of the caregivers left who are awesome and take great care of Mom.

My sister and I went to look for assisted-living locations for our mother. Never an easy transition never an easy decision. Walking in your greeted kindly by the receptionist and then immediately we were introduced to Tatyana the director of wellness you want to talk about somebody who is absolutely perfect for this role. She was professional, honest, confident, full of kindness, and great information. It is evident that if we choose this location our mom would be well cared for. You don’t often meet leaders of this caliber hats off to the Brickmont for recognizing the talent of Tatyana

It is always a pleasure to visit the Brickmont. Without fail, regardless of time of the day that I visit, I have the joy of meeting with professional-caring staff who lovingly provide care for the seniors. The leadership go above and beyond to treat all with respect and dignity.

Latasha has been a great senior living advisor and her help with my mother and the work it took to get mom into assisted living is just the best! Transitioning my mother from another state, when she could no longer live alone was a stress ridden time. Latasha was the first person from the facility we met and made us feel we were in a welcoming place.  Kenyatta is also great. The chemistry that she has with the families, the residents, and her staff is so sincere and inviting! Since she has moved in, Latasha and Kenyatta and the whole team has been a reassuring presence for me at the community. When observing their interaction with residents and staff, I realize that we made the right decision! The transition has been difficult but Latasha and the entire team has helped make the changes so smooth and comfortable!

Such a Beautiful Community - Residents all were in out for activities in memory care. Very clean and great price
