I have had two family members live in Brandywine Seaside Pointe in Rehoboth Beach Delaware. They have been lovingly cared for by a staff that has become our extended family. Jeanne, Jill, Juliette, Pam and the entire staff have been excellent. If you’re family member is looking assisted live care, I highly recommend Brandywine for make a difficult and emotional decision as smooth as possible with their caring and empathetic staff.

Dad just moved in. The studio room is roomy and renovated nicely. The staff is friendly and upbeat. They seem to be very caring and competent. The building is in good condition and has several nice areas for the residents to mingle. Dad has commented that the food is tasty. Seems to be a good amount of activities for the residents . Would like to see a bit more focus on manicuring the grounds. My rating at this point is 4.5 stars.

My father became a resident in September of 2025. Every time I visit him he looks great and seems very happy and well taken care of.

My father is currently residing in a memory care unit at Brandywine Seaside Pointe. He had been in the hospital and I was only given a short amount of time to find a care facility for him after discharge. After looking at a few places and then seeing Brandywine, it was clear to me that it was where I would like my father to reside. The room he has is large compared to others I had seen. The facility itself is bright and cheerful. Also very clean and well kept. They accommodated me with moving him in quickly and since it is so close to my home it is very easy to visit often. The nurses and aides are very warm and friendly. I appreciate the attention and kindness they have shown to my father as he makes this transition. They are prompt to respond to requests and also keep me well inforned. It has been a difficult decision to make for an elderly parent with dementia but I feel that he is the best place to receive the care that he needs and be safe.

My dad has been at Brandywine for a month before he got sick and had to go to a rehab hospital for 42 days. He is back at Brandywine and expressed just the other day how much he likes it here. Food is great, staff are friendly and helpful, and above all else, he is content. Although he doesn’t engage much with other residents, I try to get him to go to the activities they have. They even have a happy hour with wine everyday at 3 p.m. I’m happy we found a nice place after moving him from NY to DE.
