This establishment has increasingly gone downhill in the recent times. The turn over rate, the rate of people willing leaving, the care, the ambition of employees has literally reached a rock bottom. I recommend never stepping foot into this shady business. Please keep your loved ones safe and re-think your assisted living choices. The eagle is still burning🔥

My aunt has lived here for a little over a year! Nothing but success! Its been a great time! However it's come to our attention that Kristina is no longer the executive director due to the failure of the company. This has saddened the community. Bonaventure of vancouver will not have our business. We will be taking action. Your company has lost a gem of an employee. She brought an amazing lifestyle to the residents. I hope company doesn't take over the direction cause it hasn't done well so far. Good luck, I hope the best for the residents that have no choice to stay with this company. For those who can move I suggest you do as this company will most likely burn like the eagle creek 🔥.

A friend of mine lived at Bonaventure in Vancouver and she and I were very impressed with Kristina, Executive Director and how caring she was. I spent a lot of time at Bonaventure and found Kristina to be good at what she did. She moved out 3 years ago for cheaper rent (went to an 62+ community) and really didn’t eat there as the food was not very good. I believe corporate has say in menus and that it is not handled locally. About 3 months ago, my fiend had a mini stroke and we talked to Kristina about moving her back. She was very helpful and compassionate and talked to us about the Assisted Living flex suites. We had called a few weeks ago to talk to Kristina and was told she no longer worked for Bonaventure. We will look elsewhere as the reason we were moving back had to do with Kristina.
