absolutely worth the cost for what you get here. we searched in puyallup, tacoma, sumner, and lakewood and this place is way beyond any other community. the staff and management care about others and not just money

If you are just starting your search for a loved one, just go in for a tour! I stopped in since I lived close by just to ask for some information and I left feeling more confident than ever. The sales lady spent an abundance of time with me making me feel better about possibly moving my parent and also gave me the information to better understand the process. I have been to other communities and you just won't get the same treatment. 10/10 recommend.

Moving my aunt to Bonaventure of Puyallup has been the best decision for our family. The grounds are beautiful, the food is delicious, and the staff treat her like family. The other residents are incredibly friendly, and seeing her thrive and make great friends gives us complete peace of mind. Highly recommended!

My parents have been living at Bonaventure of Puyallup, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful place for them. I want to give a heartfelt shout-out to the incredible staff who work there. The caregivers are attentive, compassionate, and always quick to respond when my parents need assistance. They never make anyone feel like they’re a burden, and nothing ever seems like too much to ask. They’re always smiling, and I love hearing them laugh and joke with the residents. It creates such a warm, welcoming environment that truly feels like home. I also want to recognize the Wellness Director, Carrie. She is always willing to help, support, and lend a hand wherever she’s needed. I’ve seen her assisting staff with resident care, passing medications, serving tables, taking orders, and taking the time to connect with residents and their families. She leads by example and genuinely makes a difference—not just for the residents, but for all of us as family members. She has a way of walking alongside you through this journey, offering reassurance and compassion every step of the way. I’d also like to give a special thank you to April for helping turn things around for the better. The positive changes are noticeable, and they have made a real difference. I’ll admit, I was hesitant when my parents first moved here. But after getting to know the entire staff and management team, I can confidently say I believe my parents have found their forever home.
