There’s only so much we can address publicly, but we pride ourselves on transparent pricing and on treating every resident equally and fairly — which sometimes means standing behind a decision even when it isn’t the one you hoped for. We’re a family-owned community that has stayed 100% full, with a waitlist, since Bloom transformed the community in 2019, and resident satisfaction here remains highest in our company. Great place where my mother lives. All the employees from Director Kathy, nurse Emily, aides Jody, Brandy, Megan and the folks up front (Shannon, Johnnie, and Gina) are wonderful. Everyone at Bloom treats mom with kindness and respect. It's a blessing she has Bloom. Steve Broo
