I want to express my deep appreciation for the care my friend received at Birchview. From the moment she arrived, the staff treated her with compassion, patience, and genuine kindness. It was clear that they not only understood her medical and emotional needs, but also respected her as a person. I’m truly grateful for everyone that works there.

We were introduced to Birchview a year ago and we have been so blessed to have our mom there. Everyone has been so wonderful to, not just Mom, but to us as well.They understand how difficult it is for the entire family when your loved one is struggling. We have so much peace knowing she is in their very capable hands. Thank you to each and every one of you at Birchview for treating our mom with love, understanding and respect. Marianne Horner

My Mom enjoyed her home at Birchview, giving her new friends and fun things to do. My brother and I were very pleased with her care and enjoyed spending time with her at Birchview. Just walking in the door and being greeted by Peggy and the other staff brought a calm to my day. My Mom's nurses and caregivers were always so attentive to her needs. I enjoyed participating with my Mom in some of the great activities that Beth (and her predecessor Diana) created for the residents to do. Birchview is a gem! -Dena F.
