Staff are professional, caring, so lovely to my loved one. She's safe and well taken care of. Reasonably priced, excellent meals, and not so large that residents can't find their way. So thankful for all the lovely staff! Everybody's considered family!

Birch Gardens has been absolutely wonderful to myself, my family, and mom who is currently there. I have been impressed with the level of personable care they give their residents making them feel this is their home. It has really helped my mom thrive in a place where she needs more care and attention. The admin staff are responsive and provide me anything I need to know while maintaining independence as much as possible, which is rare in most facilities. The nursing staff are so kind and show deep appreciation to each residents’ lives, which has made this decision so much easier to cope with. If you’re looking into a facility that offers memory care solutions, please consider this place!

My Dad has been here for over two years. My wife and I both noticed a dramatic improvement in the quality of care, and the general condition of the facility after Rachel Craig took over. Seems like the standards are higher now. The staff here are really wonderful and do a great job at a job that is very challenging. God Bless all of them. Sincerely, Chris & Peggy Bella
