Birch Creek is such a wonderful place. The place is beautiful and so clean. The staff here go above and beyond to take care of their residents with genuine kindness and respect. You can tell they truly care about each person’s well-being and happiness. They are all wonderful. Pyper, Jacob and Reina as well as the administrative staff are especially wonderful- always patient, attentive, and ready with a smile. Birch Creek is a great option if you can’t be in your own home, because they make it feel warm, safe, and welcoming. I have such peace of mind, knowing my loved one is in such capable and compassionate hands. Highly recommend!

3 because it’s generally good. Two stars off because they advertise a 24/7 phone line and I’ve been calling for over an hour with no answer.

My mom fought tooth and nail about going to "an old folks home". But when she decided to go to Birch Creed Assisted Living she found a resort like atmosphere with people who are loving and giving. They all know her by name and she has found a place that more feels like having a home with a family that truly cares about her. She has been very happy here and enjoys being in her very own studio apartment where she feels cared for but independent at the same time. Our family is very grateful knowing that her needs are being met far better than we can do for her.

My dad needed a place to go when the hospital said there was nothing more they could do for him. Birch Creek Assisted Living took him in and provided loving care and comfort for him as he lived out his remaining days. Our family is grateful for the care their staff provided him and the kindness they showed to us. I recommend them to anyone seeking a warm, friendly place to convalesce.
