BIG SPRINGS VILLAGE

Big Springs Village is a very nice facility and the people in charge of it are friendly and caring. I plan to admit my mom into their memory care unit as soon as possible. I look forward to working with their in house therapy team to help get my mom to walking again.

The employees and Nurses were so kind to my Dad at this facility. They had good food, lots of activities, and very attentive to all that he needed. His room was clean and fresh when I visited him. I am so glad I choose Big Springs Village for my Dads residence when he no longer could manage at home. I recommend this facility to anyone looking for an assisted living facility for a relative.

Everyone at Big Springs Village has taken such good care of my mother. She is healthier and happier since we transitioned to the center. She enjoys the socialization and looks forward to the daily activities and visits with her friends. The kindness and attention shown by the staff have made such a difference in her quality of life, and our family is so thankful for the compassion they show her every day.

We've had a few bumps in the road over the past 4yrs or so, but Enlivent has strived to place the right Care Professionals and management at Big Springs Place (Cedartown GA), so, things are improving! The staff does seem to genuinely Care for their residents and they Love my pops (even as ornery as he can get : ) Its a tough job and I appreciate all that the staff does for their clients every day. Keep up the Good Work folks and Thank You for all that you do.

Very pretty place. Residence look happy. Its Clean and staff here are super nice. Came here to see my grandma and she's looking well cared for. I live out of state so I don't see her often.
