Wonderful staff and facilities. It’s so clear from the start of the process that this is a facility that values a welcoming and family atmosphere, and everyone is transparent and very helpful. It’s very clean, well maintained, and overall seems a lovely place to live!

Prior to my mother coming to Bickford, we were struggling with keeping her at home where she wanted to stay and having her placed in assisted living where we knew she could get the extra 24 hour care that was now needed. Since moving into Bickford her mobility and cognition have improved. She now is able to receive her medications on a regular schedule and now receives physical therapy as needed to help her maintain her strength and mobility. If she is not willing to go down for meals they make sure she has them delivered to her room. Anytime we ask them to do laundry on non-laundry days all we need to do is place her bin outside her door. When we come for visits the staff is very attentive, welcoming, and informs us of any concerns.
