BEVERLY HILLS LOVING CARE

Grateful for the care and support provided to my father. Many thanks to the great staff and management at Beverly Hills Loving Care.

A friend has lived here awhile. Nice facility, nice people who run the place. Poor food. (Common complaint.) No computers available for residents use.

I just visited the location and was so disappointed in the way the staff was taking care of the residents. The dinning room was filled huge flies, one care taker angirily yelled at a lady outloud for wanting her cereal saying she waited too long to ask for it. The food looked old and was served on cheap paper plates. After dinner they served horrible tasting cereal in paper plates while huge black flies covered the entire dinning room. There is no central air conditioning in the builbuilng. Instead each room has these old loud individual airconditioners. The noise from the air conditioner is so loud that have to turn it off to be able to talk on the phone. Their in- room Frig doesnt work. The staff members were not friendly and didn't seem to care about their guests. Per one of the guests, she pays $3,000.0 per month , so atleast they should have central air conditioning and get rid of these huge black flies in their dining room. I left there crying as it broke my heart seeing loved ones living under those conditions.

I sent my mom last month to Beverly Hills Loving Care because somebody told me that it was the best assisted living facility in LA and they can ensure my mother’s health. Before I send my mom to their facility, I went there first so that I can inspect the place if it was really the place they were describing. When I got there, the place was so clean and the ambiance was light. It's perfect for elderly to live; the elderly that currently lives there has a big smile on their face when you greet them. The place was perfect and I'm 100% sure they will take care of my mom perfectly. Thanks to the people who recommended Beverly Hills Loving Care, this is really a place for elderly. I WILL ALSO RECOMMEND Beverly Hills Loving Care to my other friends.
