Wellspring has been a Godsend for me. Close to home... wonderful nurses, assistants and therapists.... All the associates for activities. Everyone has made my stay here a rewarding experience.

When my Husband Rodolpho Fitchett was admitted to Wellsprings Lutheran in Frankenmuth , the aides and nurses were able to answer all of my questions . They registered all of his belongings and took the time to let the other person that washes his clothes and label his name on them. They even asked me if I wanted to take his clothes home I said no I trust you’s. We had a meeting sometime two weeks ago I got to meet with the nurse, Nurtionist and Physical Therapy and the OP. The Director was also there they had explained everything about what they’re trying to get him to accomplish for him to get his strength back and to come home. And that’s why if you have a loved one this is the place to bring him too. If you have any questions just ask them there here to help.

This is a very clean place and the patients are very well cared for. I never had to wait for someone to answer my bell. When they came they would help me, no matter what the job may be. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs rehab or long-term care!

I have been at Wellspring for a year and a half. I am treated very well by staff. At the beginning of my stay, I underwent surgery. The team here helped me every step of the way. The care I received by staff helped in my healing. The DON made sure I had everything I needed. She went above and beyond her duties. This home is a great place when you are in need of some extra help. God sent me to Wellspring of Frankenmuth and I am happy he did.

We were pleased with the rehab and care that our mother received. The therapy was very good and helped her to regain the strength to return home. The facility was always clean and fresh. The meals were good quality and they allowed her to make choices. They provided a calendar full of activities that kept her engaged during her stay. We were impressed that they had private rooms. The administrator was onsite and very approachable for concerns. She promptly resolved an issue I had with an initial delay in laundry. Checkout their 5 star score on Medicare.gov.
