Bethel Assisted Living is a family-owned and operated facility since 2016, licensed for advanced age, developmentally disabled, physically disabled, irreversible dementia/Alzheimers, traumatic brain injury, emotionally disturbed/mental illness, and terminally ill residents. The facility provides 24-hour caring staff with a registered nurse available 24 hours a day, home-cooked meals, and recreational activities.

Resident had NO SHOES on but was sent on outing anyways. Plus when a member of family called to speak to a house manager of staff in charge they were RUDELY Spoken to and HUNG UP ON. This type of behavior is NOT ACCEPTABLE OR EXCUSABLE. You neglected to make sure resident was PROPERLY Ready for this outing. I know things are crazy in the morning in Assistant livings BUT MAKE SURE THINGS ARE DONE PROPERLY.
