Best Personal Care Facility

I am a 30 year healthcare executive with extensive experience in long-term care. I am also a certified regulatory healthcare compliance professional. The “best Personal Care Facility” is hands-down the best long term care facility I have visited. I was asked to conduct an independent assessment of the facility specifically reviewing environmental standards, patient care standards and adherence to regulatory standards. I found no deficiencies. The facility exceeds all standards. I would not hesitate having any of my family receive their care here.

It took a very long time to find the right place for my Aunt. We were exhausted from looking. Then, I found BPC and made the call. After speaking to the new owner I realized this might be the place ! Dr Goshu was more than accommodating ! He was very kind. I spoke with all staff and they too were as kind as kind as he was. My Aunt is so very happy there. She feels a certain gentleness and caring from the staff. We couldn't be more pleased !

The staff did an amazing job administering Covid vaccine during early days of pandemic. They were very friendly and compassionate. There’s a professional yet family environment that makes you feel like you’re being cared for by family. Highly recommend this place.

As a former resident of Best Personal Care Facility I can attest to the fact that they genuinely do care about the well being and health of all of their residents. I spent 6 months in the facility, and I felt as though I was a member of the BPC family. From the home cooked meals to the heartfelt chats I had with Solome I genuinely felt as though I was being taken care of and cared for. GG and Maria were like older siblings to me. They helped me in so many ways as I developed into the person that I am today. I truly feel as though I would not have become the person that I am today without the constant support, care, and patience that the BPC staff provided. By the end of my stay they were not just staffers and caretakers. Instead they had become members of my second family, and I am forever grateful for the love as well as support I received from them.

Director and Manager never there for all 3 times i tried to get information about the facility and when you call their not available.
