Best Assisted Living of Surprise

My grandmother got to live in this house for the last eight years of her life, and what a blessing it was. The care provided by Dan, Elena and their staff was beyond incredible, truly like family. They put so much thought and intention into the food they make for the residents, the daily attention they give to each resident, the house is so comfy and welcoming, and the care is absolutely the best it could possibly be. I have been in awe and deep gratitude to them for many years. Every time I got to visit I felt a renewed sense of appreciation and confidence that my grandma was in the best hands with people who genuinely loved her. She passed away this summer at peace in her sleep with Elena by her side. I know with utter certainty that my grandma transitioned with ease and grace thanks to being with them in that house. She made it to 100 years old thanks to Dan and Elena and Crystal Rose staff. My grandma was the kindest soul and I know that she was meant to live with them for the last years of her life because she deserved to be in the best place with the best people. I cannot over-state how special and rare it is to have found a place like Crystal Rose. My family and I will forever be so grateful to them.

My mom lived at Crystal Rose Assisted Living Home for 7 years before she passed at age 100. She received excellent personal and professional care. She had her own room so it was a home for her.. not an institution. Elana and Dan are wonderful caring people. I highly recommend Crystal Rose

Crystal Rose is absolutely the best home for your loved ones. I can honestly write this review from my heart and through personal experience. One of the hardest choices we make is trying to find a home for our loved ones that provides good care, a safe environment and a home like environment. Crystal Rose excels in each area. The house is a real home that welcomes you the minute you walk thru the doors. The care is very personalized and very family focused. Each bedroom is beautiful, meals are all home made, and residents sit family style at the same table. I have a family member that has lived there for close to two years now and each time I walk through those doors I see big smiles, smell aromas of home cooked meals and see staff and the owners interacting lovingly with all the residents. I cannot praise this home enough. In addition to my personal experience of having a family member residing at Crystal Rose, i have had a long professional career in Social Work and have visited and evaluated many homes Crystal Rose is without a doubt, a five star home. We found Crystal Rose Assisted Living few years ago and we placed our father in law with them. It was the best decision we have ever made. The care, the food, the love, the caregivers and the owners offered are beyond words. We appreciate everything you guys did for us. We'll never forget you!! Thank you!

My mother has resided at Crystal Rose for more than seven years. All during this time she has received excellent care. Dan and Elena go out of their way to make sure the guests are comfortable and receive the best medical care. I rest easy knowing she is safe. Rob L.
