Always enjoyable. Christmas decorations were fabulous.

Very nice community . The food and servers are very helpful and professional. However , the “Management Team” over the “Caregivers” need an overall, as my Mom has experienced multiple ( pairs of two) storming her room during the night; turning her lights on ; raising their voices ; throwing her bedding off of her; telling her to get up and use the bathroom. Spoke with another resident family and said he was having the same problem . Another mentioned the caregivers lack formal training; agreed it has been an ongoing problem since the opening of the community.. Family is hopeful for an improvement, or relocate Mom to a more suitable/safer community.

Tuesday is my visiting day at Belmont on Union Avenue. My mother and my sister usually greet me at the table in a small lobby area down the hall from mom’s room. Sometimes I bring the UKE and some music we can share. Ma has an opportunity to get out of her room and it perks things up a bit. John E Five stars, lots of places to relax. Food is good quality, staff is friendly.

Staff are professional and respectful of residents. Positive interactions with direct caregivers, therapy room and dining staff. Residence is eloquently appointed with the feel of a Ritz Carlton hotel.

Loved my mothers room and the lobby and outside areas. Person at the front desk was lovely and very helpful. Food takes too long to receive and is often cold, bland and loaded with salt. For the price the residents pay they deserve edible food. Something needs to be done about this immediately, not acceptable
