I'm in home health and hospice, I am also a volunteer ombudsman, this facility has set the standards for quality and hospitality, dont let the lication mislead you.. because Elizabeth, Kelly, Stephanie, Samantha, Jessica, Allyssa and even the a professional nice guy doing laundry have always been professional, compassionate and hospitable. I highly recommend this facility.

The care at this place doesn't exist. They ignore patients needs and continually say "ok" if a resident asks for something. Particularly in the evenings and at night yet no staff member attends to the needs. HIPPA rights are consistently violated in front of other residents. If you are considering housing your loved one here, then I feel sorry for them, because they will definitely be neglected.

This is a good place to live in but could have better food other than that good caregivers and medtecks the administration works with you better than the last place I was at

Not a good environment for your family and loved ones to live. The staff does as well as they can with what is given to them by management, resulting in less than adequate care. They provide poor quality food, and care is very limited due to high turnout around rates of care givers. The management does not hire more staff in order to only pay $14/hr. This action results in each caregiver to maintain about 30 clients a piece, significantly higher than what is allowed, as well as over worked current staff. The facility does not offer any tools to assist caregivers in the care of their residents such as bed lifts, limited wheel chairs, or even common household items like antibacterial soap. Keep your loved ones away from this place. It needs to be shut down!

The Belmar Villa Assisted Living team helped welcome my father-in-law into his new living situation this past weekend with nothing less than a pageant of entertainment a buffet of foods made on the premises. The staff was very accommodating to the guest's family members. That vibe carried over well with the amount of attention paid to my father-in-law; attentive, caring, but not overbearing. Dad, you're in good hands; thank you, Belmar Villa.
