BELLA CARE HOME LLC-FARMHOUSE

Our mother has been with Bella Care for three full months. With her diminished health condition, it was very difficult for the family to care for her and get adequate home health services at home that she needed. We are thankful for Bella Care with its small residential homes to insure our mom is given outstanding around-the-clock care she needs. The owners Marilen and Philip are wonderful people, who ensure that all their residents, including mom, are well-taken care of. All the caregivers at the Farm House home, led by Martin and Jonalyn, have been outstanding. They pay attention to details of mom’s needs, as well as those of other residents. Our mom has felt much more comfortable (almost like home) and more importantly she is moving around and getting involved in activities to keep their minds and hands busy. Weather permitting, they go to the nearby park or spend time outside. We believe this has helped in seeing some improvement in our mom’s health and mindset. Bella Care staff is just like family, and we feel comfortable with the loving and caring services they have been providing for mom.

Bella Care has been such a blessing for my Mom. The care to my Mom and all the residents is simply "THE BEST." The daily activities that the residents do is a wonderful thing to see and keeps them active and happy. I highly recommend anyone in search of a Care facility for there LOVE ONES to look at Bella Care. God Bless all the staff for the care given.

The Director at Bella Care is very caring and conscientious about keeping us informed of our Mother’s care, needs and any other special requests. Ann is also wonderful with sharing all the special activities they do with the residents by sending pictures to us. Also, love that they include the High School kids from Cross City Church with alot of the craft-type activities. We are thoroughly pleased with the caregivers at Bella Care too. There caring ways do not go unnoticed. Ever since our 92 year old Mother has been at Bella Care for 1 1/2 years she has been thriving and is happy again.

Bella Care gives excellent care to my family member! The home is clean, the residents are treated kindly and respectfully, meals are nutritious. The staff & residents participate in activities to keep residents engaged, such as art activities or puzzles, walks outdoors, exercises or holiday treats. When we’ve had suggestions, the staff work with us to help my family member feel heard and valued. We appreciate Bella Care!

After intensive research and interviews with many assisted living facilities for my husband, my daughter and I chose the Bella Care Home. After a short wait, since we were on the waiting list, the  new phase of our family started with Bella Care Home. My anxiety and concerns over my husband's wellbeing in the new unfamiliar place were lessened in a short time, for I felt that the owners and caregivers were very caring and engaging to provide the residents and their family a safe, secure, and loving environment.  I was very impressed by the quick response from the owner and caregivers to my questions and concerns. When he required emergency medical care, they were quick to take  necessary action. My husband enjoyed the fun activities that support the residents' physical and emotional wellbeing. They allow me to continue engaging with my husband and I enjoy visiting him and the other residents several times a week. I was especially comforted by the help I received from the owner and caregivers when my husband needed hospice care before his passing. My family and I are very grateful for the loving care my husband received at the Bella Care Home. Keiko
