Bear Creek is an incredible community for seniors! The staff is kind, compassionate, and genuinely cares about each resident’s well-being. They go above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and respected. The community is clean and well-maintained. Communication has been excellent, and it’s reassuring to know our grandma is receiving attentive, personalized care. I highly recommend Bear Creek Senior Living to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and supportive place for their loved one. It’s clear that the team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and making residents feel at home.

I had my beautiful 91 year old father move in to Bear creek assisted living 6 months ago and I am now looking for a new assisted living place to move him to because of a few staff members who are horrible and one in particular is a nightmare. As soon as I found out how my beloved father was be mistreated and disrespected by this woman who works there I decided to check her out her out myself. She was just as horrible and disrespectful to me. When I talked to her supervisors and said I expect an apology from her especially to my beautiful father. I was told she will not apologize for her treatment. I was told that I should not speak to her or interact with her, I'm reading from a letter they sent me, to find someone else to assist you and your father. I can't move my beautiful father out of there fast enough. So much more to this, but trust me if you disrespect my father I will make it my mission to tell the truth which is lacking in this place and make sure you never do this again to a 91 year old man and his disabled 67 year old daughter who I brought to live in your facility for love, care, and most of all the respect he deserve.

I was there for about 2 weeks and couldn’t wait to get out of there. The therapists are exceptional. There was one nurse that was great her name is Kim, the night nurses were from an agency and really didn’t know what they were doing and the cna’s some were exceptional and others were very bad. I sat on a bedside commode for 45 minutes before I got any help which is uncalled for. They turned off my call light so I couldn’t get any help, left me laying flat and I couldn’t breath. They really need to be investigated on without notice and see who gets the help and who gets lackluster help. I will never go back or put one of my family members there. Which is sad cuz it’s a very clean place and the food was very good. Thank you Kimberly

Edit: I love when a bot a bit replies 😂 Nothing is anyone's job. The staff seems unhappy to be working there. My father was discharged from the hospital to Bear Creek to get stronger before coming home. He got worse. No physical therapy, not a single person would help him maintain his colostomy bag, had to beg for his prescription medications, the worst food I've ever seen and he was still in the same clothes for the almost week he was there even though he had clean clothes. The place is run down and I wouldn't send someone I love here. If I had known beforehand what I know now, it wouldn't have happened to my Dad. I checked him out and he has already improved.
